Irrigation Water Line Break. NOTICE TO ALL TODD CREEK VILLAGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT CUSTOMERS Due to a break in a water line, the irrigation system is currently shut down. We understand everyone’s frustration. Our crews are at the site and making repairs as quickly as they can safely do so!
