About the Recent Water Discoloration
There is nothing we take more seriously than the safety and quality of your drinking water. That’s why we were very concerned with the discolored water events that recently occurred in some of the Todd Creek homes. While the water remains safe to drink, we know discolored water is not acceptable to you, nor is it acceptable to us. That’s why it’s very important to let us know about any water discoloration – no matter when it occurs.
Should you experience any water discoloration, please contact our office by calling 303-637-0344 and we will have an operator help resolve the problem.

Todd Creek is a unique community where families can stretch out and enjoy the open space. With a variety of homestyles and home sizes to suit every family’s needs, residents can enjoy the outdoor feel of country fresh air while hiking, biking, gardening, or hitting the links on a championship golf course at Heritage Golf Club. Todd Creek Village has also planned for the future in two important ways: ALL residents benefit from the strategically-engineered infrastructure of an advanced dual-use water system that does not compromise Colorado’s limited water resources; and, the community also offers a beautiful 55+ senior lifestyle option.
That’s why for every age, at every stage, Todd Creek Village gives you the best of Colorado, starting at home.
