Historical Payment Information

Utility billing is mailed to customers on the last day of each month. Payments are "DUE UPON RECIPT". Payments are late if received in the office, or by mail after the close of business on the 15th of each month. Online payments follow the banking rule--if made after 4pm, the payment will be posted with the next days business date. Please plan accordingly to avoid penalties being applied to your account for late payments especially when the 15th falls on a Sunday.

No more post cards! With the new rate structure comes new billing statements. The new billing statements are now a full page statement that will come in an envelope.  Also, there is an increase to the online payments if you use a credit card.  The credit card companies are now charging $.25 + 3% with a minimum charge of $1.30 for all credit card payments collected.  This is effective February 1, 2011.  Remember if you use your debit card to make an online payment, the system takes it as a credit card. On the Appendix A in section A-3 shows what the new facility fees are and the conservation fees and the per 1,000 gallon usage charge. The conservation fee is a one time charge depending on where the water usage falls in going over the 4,000 for potable water and 9,000 for irrigation water. The facility fees will be billed on a 12 month basis.
