The visionary development from a former rancher, Gene Osborne, who along with the Colorado School of Mines Environmental Department and TST of Denver Water Engineers, worked together to achieve a two-pipe water system that separates the irrigation water from the potable (drinkable) water.   This water sustainable community saves homeowners money and provides more natural nutrients to the landscape. 

This community is located north of Denver on the east side of Yosemite, 1 1/2 miles south of Highway 7. Residents have easy access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Denver International Airport and many business and shopping areas. Highway 85,
I-25 and E-470 are also easily accessible.

Utility billing is mailed to customers on the last day of each month. Payment is “DUE UPON RECEIPT”. Payments are late if received in the office or by mail after close of business on the 15th of each month. Please plan accordingly to avoid penalties being applied to your account for late payment.
