NOTICE OF INTENT TO FIX OR INCREASE FEES, RATES, TOLLS, PENALTIES OR CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the Todd Creek Village Metropolitan District (the “District”) will consider whether to fix and/or increase certain fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water service at a public meeting to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 2:00 P.M., at 10450 East 159th Court, Brighton, Colorado. Any interested members of the public may attend this public meeting.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the District’s Board of Directors is not obligated to fix and/or increase its fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water service but will consider any fix and/or increase as part of its annual process for the District’s budget for the 2018 fiscal year.
